How to Whisk It (and Lose the Bits in the Bottom)
The two things we hear most from people trying it are "there are bits in the bottom" and "it tastes weak". Both come down to how it's made, not what's in it.
The bits in the bottom
Stir it with a spoon and the powder sinks to the bottom of the cup. Whisk it and it stays mixed, or very nearly. A bamboo matcha whisk does the job, and so does a small electric frother.
The weak taste
That's nearly always too much water. One scoop is 2.5g, about 2 teaspoons, and it's made for 250ml. Fill a big mug to the top and it will taste thin.
The simple version

One scoop. 250ml of water, just off the boil. Whisk until it's smooth.
Add milk, honey or maple syrup if you like. That's it.
