Welcome to SMARTea

We're three working blokes: an engineer, a plumber and a tree surgeon. Coffee number four wasn't doing it at 3 pm, so we made something to have instead.

ZenFusion is ceremonial matcha and three mushrooms, plus four more ingredients we name and measure. You whisk it into hot water and have it instead of your afternoon coffee.

Our Ingredients

ZenFusion blends ceremonial matcha with lion's mane, reishi and cordyceps, plus camu camu, maqui berry, guarana and maca root. All for £1 a day.

It tastes like matcha, not coffee: smooth and earthy, and not sweet. No sweeteners, no flavourings, no fillers.

No 3pm crash. No jitters. Level energy. Calm focus.

  • Ceremonial-grade matcha
  • Fruiting-body mushrooms
  • No sweeteners
  • No flavourings
  • 30 servings in a pouch

How to Enjoy

One of our daytime favourites is the simple tea. Add one scoop (2.5g, about 2 teaspoons) to 250ml of water, just off the boil, and whisk it.

If you enjoy a touch of sweetness, feel free to add your choice of milk, maple syrup or honey.

Mix it Up

ZenFusion works hot or cold, whisked into water, milk, protein shakes or smoothies. You can even bake with it.

Don't fancy it neat? Plenty don't. Have a look at our recipes for some ideas.

Where the Journey Begins

We go a long way for these ingredients, and we'll tell you where. Every one is named, along with how much of it is in the pouch.

China

Our three mushrooms come from China. All three are fruiting body: the mushroom itself.

Lion's Mane · Reishi · Cordyceps

Japan

Our matcha comes from Japan, shade-grown and stone-milled to a fine, vivid powder. At 42%, it's the biggest part of the blend.

South America

Camu camu and maca come from Peru, maqui berry from Chile and guarana from Brazil.

Who Makes It

An engineer, a plumber and a tree surgeon. Dion needed something for long shifts and now works largely at a desk. Simon was running on empty as a sole trader. Chris knew his mushrooms.

They blended it, swapped it for their own coffee, and have drunk it daily ever since. Made by blokes who needed it. Not gurus who sell it.

Why We Say Less

There are no authorised health claims for lion's mane, reishi or cordyceps in Great Britain, so we don't make any. No mushroom promises. Only what we can show you.
